As a patient, you are responsible for knowing your own benefits and coverage prior to your visits. Please check your insurance coverage so you will be informed about your own coverage and will not be surprised by bills you may receive after your visits. 

Your insurance company may or may not cover certain therapies, procedures, or services from our providers. If you are coming in for a specific treatment at Seattle Nature Cure Clinic, you are responsible for knowing your coverage and what your financial responsibility will be.

We may verify certain benefits in our office using the same online tools that are available to you through your insurance provider. However, this is dependent upon staffing availability and is not assured as a courtesy.

Please make sure to bring your insurance card with you to your first visit.

If you do not have insurance coverage we do have non-insurance rates payable by cash, check, or credit card. These rates are considered a pay at service discount and does not represent the price if billed through insurance.
First Time Office Charge-  $250
Return Office Charge- $175
Laser 15 minutes - $30

Cancellation Policy

Please know that we reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee if you do not show up for an appointment without giving least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. 

If you are canceling with short notice it is highly likely that your appointment time could have been booked with another patient if you had given more than 24 hours notice. This is essentially losing business for the doctors at SNCC, which is the reason behind the charge. Please be realistic about your time commitments when making appointments and communicate well in advance (more than 24 hours) if something needs to change. We do understand that emergencies happen and the doctor's schedules are sometimes tight, but if this is a repeating occurrence you will be charged the $50 fee. 

If you are signed up to receive automated email reminders with us, you should be receiving reminders one week as well as one day in advance. Otherwise, we try to routinely give out courtesy calls the day before your appointment.
